MEETINGS & AUCTIONS
are on the last Sunday of each month at 2 pm*
*No meetings or auctions in June July or December . We usually have Giant Auctions in September & January.

We need your help!

Sadly, our current space no longer has room for us and we are looking for suggestions and recommendations for a new space to hold our meetings starting Oct 27, 2024.
See the following list of what we are looking for and please DM us with your suggestions!

Site requirements:

• Approximately 2500 sq ft
• Enough room and chairs to seat 125+ people
• 8–12 sturdy tables for auction items (approximately 24”x96”)
• Locker storage (we need space to store our two vertical lockers on site)
• Smooth white wall suitable for presentations (or access to a screen)
• Washrooms available for use on site
• Parking lot
•  One year lease minimum (ideally a long term agreement)
• We have 9 meetings each year but will pay for 12 months
• Meetings are currently on the last Sunday of the month running from 1:30–5pm (no meetings Jun, Jul or Dec)
• Two Giant Auctions each year running from 1–6pm (usually Sep & Jan)
